Halloween is approaching us and there’s plenty of things to do this fall along with zombie hunts, mazes, haunted houses and much more to do here in Oklahoma.


Fright Fest

When: September 29th – October 28th (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)

Frontier City’s annual Halloween event occurring upon nightfall is a truly unforgettable time that those searching for a fright you wouldn’t want to miss out on.This year’s lineup has newly added rides, haunted house attractions, Carnival of Chaos, Quaratine Breach, and Kiddie Land’s Candy Crawl. Orr Family Farm

When: October 1st – Novemeber 10th

Where: 14400 S. Western Ave, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73170.

This family friendly event for all ages, offers many activities along with a variety of rides and events. You can have fun shooting apples from Cannon Blasters, enjoy relaxing Hayrides, help rid the farm of infested zombies in the Zombie Apocalypse Paintball, or get lost in the Fall Maze, and go Trick “Orr” Treating along with many other fun events. The Sanctuary 

When: October 5th – October 31st ( Fridays & Saturdays )

Location: 12101 N. I-35 Service Rd , Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73131.

Known as Oklahoma’s largest haunted house. Chaos inciting and insanity driving effects, The Sanctuary is known for its realistic Hollywood-designed props, it’s a terrifying experience you won’t want to miss. More information and prices visit http://www.thesanctuaryokc.com/haunt/


Purple Church

Where: Between NE 63rd St & N Douglas Blvd, Spencer, OK 73084

The Purple Church is the site of a former church that was torn down and all that remains is the concrete slab and basement. It is called the Purple Church because it’s decorated with Satanic purple pentagrams and symbols from spray paint.
